Dear Glen and Sandra

I hope you got a chance to vote. The Labor Party won quite convincingly. I hope they dont put in too much legislation et cetera against small business. Dad and I are quite disapointed.

My first AGM went well the other night. I am getting more and more confident about speaking in front of the club. I had to give a Presidents report also. I have been appointed as President again next year. Dad has been appointed as club host which is great.

Today Dad and I will be going through the paperwork re the house. Our prestart meeting is tomorrow morning. One of the biggest jobs has been the design of the electrical - ie where power points, security lights et cetera are to be installed.

By the way, the cat takes up a good proportion of the bed. She will be quite spoiled by the time you get back. And in answer to your question - she is behaving herself and we do enjoy having her.

Glad to hear that you went well in your exams.

Take care. Love from MUM

Nigel

Hi Sandy & Glen
Just to say that it was so good to hear your voices.
Well the ordeal of pre start is over, next step is to wait till we get the revised drawings back to make sure we have every thing that we have requested is put in place. I felt absolutely zapped by the time we finished - 4 hours of going over plans, addenda, paint selection, electrical diagrams etc. The dollars just keep mounting - but when its finished - oh by the way, seeing as you guys are now used to digging holes - I have just the job for you once we get the keys.
It appears that after we sign the contract it takes time for the builder to get the ok from Capel Shire and all the other authorities.
I hope to test drive the Prado on Saturday - at the moment they are as rare as hens teeth - I was told Japan cannot keep up with the demand. WA got 11 for the South West on Monday they were all sold and out of the yard by Wednesday!
Well I must go to bed or else the boss will make me work twice as hard. Love you guys heaps and heaps. Take care and God Bless love you always .........Dad
